Added a quest warper that allows you to open access to the quest location for all characters on the account.
Added @killcount command.
Dragon Hat [1] Has Been Added to Headgear Quests.
Bubble Gum has been added to Poring Coin Exchanger.
Other minor fixes.

Natural HP/SP recovery bugs fixed. Now, it works properly with passive skills and during the battle.
The slotted sunglasses are removed from all the characters.
